Perfect! For that, I’d recommend moving on to our Open Water Diver course next — it’s the internationally recognised certification that lets you dive with a buddy independently. The course builds on the Intro to Scuba you completed and includes both theory and in-water training. You will also be credited for the parts of the theory that you…

We completely get that! It’s important for us to make the learning experience as smooth and clear as possible. Your feedback really helps us improve in these areas.
If you want, I can also recommend some next courses based on your goals—whether you’re aiming to dive recreationally, become a dive pro, or just learn more about marine life.

So whether you’re diving with friends, on vacation, or just exploring, both courses offer a lot—not…

Should I do the rescue course?
Totally understandable. If you want to ease into it, you might want to consider our Better Buddy course.
It’s actually the first part of the full Rescue course, and it focuses more on developing your own skills—like awareness, situational control, and handling minor issues underwater. It’s a great way to build confidence and improve your dive…

Should I do the rescue course?
Hey Richards, great question—and I hear this one a lot!
The short answer is: absolutely yes, the Rescue course is incredibly valuable, even if you never plan to go pro.
It’s not just about rescuing others—it’s really about becoming a more confident, aware, and capable diver. You’ll learn advanced self-help skills, how to prevent problems before…
