The course builds on the Intro to Scuba you completed and includes both theory and in-water training. You will also be credited for the parts of the theory that you have already completed.

Exactly! After the Better Buddy course, if you’re feeling good and want to continue, you can upgrade to the full Rescue Diver course. But even on its own, Better Buddy gives you tools that make you a stronger, safer, and more prepared diver.

So whether you’re diving with friends, on vacation, or just exploring, both courses offer a lot—not just for professionals, but for anyone who takes their diving seriously.
